I visited this branch for the first time, as I usually go to their College Road branch. I chose to go here today as it looked less chaotic than College Road, and am I glad I did! I was greeted by Karo, my hairdresser / barber upon entry. He listened diligently to how I wanted my hair styled, asked questions and also offered alternatives. He took his time cutting my hair and I was impressed with his attention to detail. We chatted a lot and I enjoyed the banter. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Karo had all the virtues of what a good hair stylist needs to be - I recommend him highly.
